Project Manager | Commercial Doors and Windows Industry

Seeking experienced Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Contract Administrators to lead commercial installation projects within a specialist company servicing the building sector. This is a permanent full-time role based in a regional area of Queensland.

About the Project Manager role

- Requires proven experience managing commercial installation projects with strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salary guide: $90,000 to $130,000 per annum plus superannuation.
- Location: Toowoomba region

Daily responsibilities

- Manage commercial installation projects from initiation through to completion.
- Maintain communication with builders, contract teams and onsite installers to ensure smooth progress.
- Schedule site activities, coordinate material deliveries and manage installation teams effectively.
- Monitor budgets, track timelines, and ensure quality and safety standards are met consistently.
- Proactively resolve onsite challenges and foster strong client relationships.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently, working collaboratively with internal teams.
