C&K; Kedron, Queensland, is seeking a Service Support Manager to lead the service support team and enhance the integrity of the Kidsoft childcare management software. You will train staff, coordinate system development with the vendor, and ensure CCS compliance across the enrolment process.

The role requires robust leadership, data reporting skills and experience with childcare management systems, to improve service delivery for children and families in our care.
