You will provide medicines information, therapeutic advice and work with multidisciplinary teams to optimise secure, effective use of medicines for patients.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy and be registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia, with extensive hospital pharmacy experience and demonstrated leadership.
