OSW Group, a quick‑growing global energy and technology company, is hiring a Solar Technical Support Engineer for after‑sales and AI‑assisted support. You’ll diagnose issues across residential solar PV, inverters, and battery storage, interpret SOC and grid data, and guide installers to resolution.

Ideal candidates have solar/OEM experience, multi‑brand support, and a passion for creating robust SOPs and training materials. CRM and RMA workflows familiarity is a plus.
