What is the role?

Are you a legal support professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re currently working on a variety of temporary, fixed-term contract, and permanent roles across global top-tier, mid-tier, national and boutique law firms.

Whether you’re an experienced Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Legal EA, or just getting started in your legal support career - we have roles to suit all levels of experience and practice areas.

Working directly with Heads of, Managing Partners, Partners, Senior Associates and Solicitors, your duties will include:

- Drafting and amending legal documents and correspondence;
- File management: opening/closing files, archiving,



and e-filing;
- Court filing (physical and electronic);
- Diary and travel management;
- Assisting with billing, timesheets, and expense processing; and
- Preparing briefs, bundles, and discovery materials.

What are we looking for?

- Previous legal support experience (ideally 6 months+);
- Solid attention to detail and organisation skills;
- Confident communication and a team-oriented attitude; and
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
