Hardware & General is seeking a driven Team Lead – Inside Sales/Account Manager to lead a team of Internal Account Managers, grow existing customer accounts and develop recent business from builders, tradies and developers.

Based at our Brookvale head office, you’ll partner with Field Sales and cross-branch teams to improve processes, monitor KPIs and convert quotes into orders, while shaping the future direction of the Inside Sales function.
