Position Overview

Podium Money is seeking an experienced Residential Mortgage Broker to join our expanding Queensland team. In this role, you will hit the ground running by managing residential loan applications independently,



providing expert debt structuring advice to clients, and driving transaction outcomes across our extensive lender panel.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their personal financial goals, borrowing capacity, and property objectives
- Conduct serviceability assessments, scenario research, and lender policy checks across residential products
- Present explicit, compliant, and well-structured finance recommendations to clients
- Manage loan files efficiently from initial discovery through to formal approval and settlement
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, BDMs, real estate agents, and internal team members

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as an active Residential Mortgage Broker (must be able to manage pipeline independently from day one)
- Strong working knowledge of residential lending products, lender policies, and serviceability calculators
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client relationship capabilities
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a client-focused mindset
- Active MFAA or FBAA membership and full credit accreditation
- Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
