Right now the Current Federal Battery Rebate, BESS2 and incoming BESS3 rebate has demand through the roof - and we've got more qualified inbound enquiries than our current team can handle. We need closers.

This is an in home solar & battery sales role out in the Greater Sydney Region. No door-knocking leads. No cold calling leads. Customers have applied for an exclusive appointment with us - you arrive on time and do what you do best.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN:

- Realistic OTE for strong closers - our top performers earn well beyond that
- We install faster than the industry average, so your commissions get paid faster - no waiting months on a backlog

WHY WE BEAT THE AD NEXT TO OURS:

- Warm inbound leads
- Real-time electrical support on every call - the technical answers you need to close while the customer is still on the line
- Finance solutions that make it a no-brainer for the customer
- 12 years, thousands of installs, award-winning owners who work in the business daily - you're selling a product people already trust
- A genuine structure for long term success

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Closing warm inbound solar & battery enquiries
- Representing an award winning company
- Educating customers on the perks of solar & storage, building rapport fast, and signing them up efficiently

YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU:

- Have a proven track record closing (solar experience helpful, not essential - we'll teach you the tech)
- Can build rapport fast and control an opportunity
- Are self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to level up
- Are comfortable with numbers, CRM/computers, and juggling a pipeline

THIS ROLE PROBABLY ISN'T FOR YOU IF:

- You need a script to work from
- You go quiet the moment a conversation gets technical
- "Uncapped commission" scares you instead of exciting you

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

- Qualified leads - every day
- Ongoing training across solar, storage and sales
- World-class products that sell themselves

We have immediate onboarding ready to go and we're only taking closers on
