St John of God Ballarat Hospital, a premier private regional hospital in Victoria, invites an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join the ICU leadership team. You’ll lead clinical care, support the Nurse Unit Manager, and foster a safe, patient‑centred environment for critically ill patients.

You must hold current AHPRA RN registration with ICU/critical care experience. The role is permanent full time, with a salary of $120,835 to $124,903 plus 12% super, with salary packaging,
