Core Talent in WA is partnering with a well-established contractor to appoint a Workshop Operations & Quality Lead. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily workshop functions, quality, safety and environmental management, and asset maintenance to support project delivery.

You will lead and develop a workshop team, coordinate labour, equipment and subcontractors, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with ISO management systems. Market-competitive salary 110k-120k AUD + super.
