CSIRO is seeking a STEM Pathways Specialist to shape and strengthen Indigenous STEM workforce pathways across CSIRO.

You will work with Indigenous-led functions, communities, universities and external organisations to align pathways with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander aspirations and CSIRO’s science capability needs.

Your duties include identifying pathways, partnering with communities, managing relationships and reporting on performance with culturally appropriate data.
