Metropolitan Council is seeking an experienced Band 5/6 Statutory Planner to join the busy planning team in a metropolitan setting. The role focuses on providing explicit and practical planning advice to residents, applicants and the public, alongside statutory planning duties.

You will handle enquiries by phone and in writing, assess and determine planning permits, prepare reports and liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to resolve planning matters promptly.
