Orchard Talent Group is seeking a Lifestyle Manager to lead a growing disability services program in Sydney's south-west. You will guide a team to deliver community participation and day programs for around 40 participants, expanding to new locations over time.

The role requires solid people management, NDIS understanding, and the ability to create meaningful activities reflecting participants' goals and choices.
