About You The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience in dental reception (highly regarded)

- Be confident managing patient appointments, enquiries and general reception duties

- Have excellent communication and customer service skills

- Be organised, efficient and able to multitask in a busy environment

- Have a warm, friendly and approachable personality

- Demonstrate a genuine passion for patient care and creating positive patient experiences





- Be comfortable using practice management software and handling patient billing

- Be proactive, reliable and willing to support the wider team

- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
