At Elements Aesthetics & Wellness Co, we're looking for a skilled, motivated and personable Dermal Therapist to join our growing skin aesthetics team.

About the Role

We're offering an initial casual position, with the opportunity for additional hours and future growth as our dermal division continues to expand. You'll be responsible for delivering qualified, results-driven skin treatments, developing personalised treatment plans and creating an exceptional experience that keeps clients feeling cared for and confident in their skin journey.

We're looking for someone who brings not only technical expertise but also warmth, initiative and a genuine passion for growing a successful skin clientele.

Flexibility and availability to work across weekdays, including evenings and outside school hours, as well as Saturdays, is essential. We're looking for someone who can offer broad availability to support the needs of our growing clinic.

Your Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive skin consultations and advanced dermal treatments.
- Develop personalised skin treatment plans tailored to individual client concerns and goals.
- Confidently perform treatments within your qualifications and training, including skin needling, IPL,



chemical peels and advanced facial therapies.
- Educate clients on skin health, treatment options and appropriate home care.
- Build strong, trusting client relationships that encourage ongoing treatment programmes and rebookings.
- Confidently recommend professional skincare products and treatment packages.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, safety and treatment room presentation.
- Assist with treatment stock monitoring and ensure products and equipment are maintained appropriately.
- Work collaboratively with our cosmetic aesthetics and wellness teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Actively contribute to the continued growth and success of our dermal skin division.

What We're Looking For

- A qualified Dermal Therapist with proven experience in advanced skin treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skin conditions, treatment protocols and professional skincare.
- Experience with IPL, skin needling and professional skin treatments will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, nurturing approach to client care.
- Confidence in creating treatment plans, educating clients and recommending home care.
- A proactive, motivated attitude with a genuine interest in building and retaining a loyal clientele.




- Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused personality.
- A willingness to continue learning and developing your skills.
- Availability for Thursday evenings and Saturdays (essential).
