About the role

Designer / Production Operator to work on assorted products involving UV printing and laser engraving. The role will include maintaining multiple projects at the same time and confidence in communication with clients in person, online and over the phone. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. Immediate start preferred and program specific training will be provided. Most suited to persons living in close proximity to Port Adelaide.

Key responsibilities

- Receiving and processing new and ongoing clients' orders and creating quotes

- Creating Designs and Layout Proofs for clients to review

- Checking and ordering of stock materials and communication with our suppliers

- Preparing files for one-off and ongoing production

- Assistance with machine production, including daily maintenance

- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers and partners

About you

- Design experience in CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator





- Understands or has skills with artwork layouts and product design for proofing and production

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience with or interest to learn UV print and laser engraving machine operations

- Capability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in an environment where no two days are the same

- Well-presented and self-motivated

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must

- Stocktake and product ordering
