/n About the Role /n /n We are seeking a highly organised Development Administrator to support the delivery of retail development projects across all stages of the development lifecycle. This is an administration-focused role providing critical coordination, reporting, and document control support to the Development Manager and wider project team. /n /n You will work closely with consultants, contractors, leasing teams, centre management, and tenants to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule. /n /n This role is ideal for someone with experience in retail development, construction administration, or project coordination who enjoys working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Provide administrative and coordination support across retail development projects

/n

- Manage project documentation, reporting, and document control systems

/n

- Coordinate consultants, contractors, leasing teams, and internal stakeholders

/n

- Support leasing and tenant coordination, including tracking submissions and key dates

/n

- Assist with reporting, cost tracking, invoice processing, and approvals

/n

- Support meetings,



governance processes, and project close-out activities

- Experience in retail property development, construction administration, or project coordination

/n

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

/n

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including tenants and leasing teams

/n /n /n Desirable /n /n /n

- Experience on retail centres or large-format retail projects

/n

- Exposure to tenant fitout coordination

/n

- Experience with document control systems (e.g. Aconex, Procore)

/n

- Tertiary qualification in property, construction management, or project management
