Gordon Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the paid media execution behind a portfolio of Australia’s leading home builders. You will build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google, run the tracking and CRM that makes them measurable, and make sure everything our strategists plan gets done properly.

You own the execution. Our strategists own the client relationship and the strategy, and our production team handles video, design, content and copy. That means you get to go deep on the work you are good at, without juggling client calls, strategy and delivery all at once. And when you are ready for the next step, there is a clear path into our Digital Strategist role.

What your day will look like

- Build, launch and optimise Meta and Google campaigns for Australia’s leading home builders, the brands behind some of the country’s most beautiful custom and architectural homes
- Turn strategist briefs into campaign structures, audiences, ad sets and keywords
- Upload and traffic creative from our copywriters, designers, content creators and video editors
- Monitor performance daily and flag what is working, what is not and why
- Set up and QA conversion tracking across GA4 and GTM
- Build and manage GoHighLevel pipelines, automations and nurture sequences
- Execute SEO against the strategist’s plan, including on page work, page builds and technical fixes




- Schedule organic social posts across client accounts

Paid is where you go deep. We will train you on the rest. Who we are looking for

- 2 to 4 years agency side experience, with strong hands on skills in Meta and Google Ads. This is where your depth sits
- Confident building campaigns from scratch, not just maintaining someone else’s
- Solid working knowledge of GA4, GTM and conversion tracking setup
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
- Some SEO knowledge is a bonus. We will train you on execution
- Sharp attention to detail. You catch the mistake before the client does
- Able to juggle briefs from several strategists and prioritise without being chased
- Familiarity with Teamwork, ClickUp or similar
- Experience in the building and construction industry is a bonus, not a requirement. We will teach you the industry if you bring the skills
