Job Type: Full time Precision for Medicine is seeking a Director, Site Start Up to lead the SSU department and drive strategic delivery of site start-up activities globally. You will mentor the SSU team, oversee regulatory submissions, budget negotiations, and ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and SOPs while partnering with Clinical Operations and BD to meet client timelines.

The role requires a minimum of 12 years in clinical research with extensive SSU experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English.
