Your role may include

Assisting with daily living activities (personal care, meal preparation, household tasks)

Supporting community participation and social engagement

Implementing individual support plans

Providing transport to appointments and recreational activities

Documenting progress notes and reporting any changes in clients’ needs — #### About You You are someone who values respect, empathy, and empowerment. You’ll bring:

Reliability, integrity, and a proactive attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Essential Requirements: Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related field (or working towards it) OR WILLING TO OBTAIN

Current First Aid & CPR certificate

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
