SupportPro is currently seeking reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers for a mix of regular and adaptable shifts across Rutherford, Newcastle and the Central Coast.

Current opportunities include

- Rutherford (male): 3 × 3.5-hour shifts per week. A current Working With Children Check is required.
- Central Coast: 1–2 × 2-hour shifts per week, with potential for hours to increase.
- Newcastle and surrounding areas: Ad hoc fill-in shifts with the potential to develop into ongoing regular work.

These shifts may suit workers looking to add extra hours to their current week, fill gaps in their roster, or pick up shorter morning, afternoon or evening shifts around existing commitments.

Depending on the participant and shift,



duties may include medication support, personal care, domestic assistance, community access and general daily living support.

We are interested in dependable workers who are flexible with availability and open to building additional hours as new supports become available.
