As a Civil Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations in office, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and supervise civil construction activities on site
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Coordinate and schedule trades, subcontractors, and material deliveries
- Monitor project progress and provide daily reporting to Project Managers
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimise delaysConduct toolbox talks and site inductions
- Manage and mentor civil construction workforce

About you

- Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in civil infrastructure, earthworks, roads, or subdivisions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of WHS regulations, quality and compliance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- White Card (mandatory)
- Current driver's licence
- Commitment to work safely and efficiently, with strong attention to detail
