We're looking for an experienced Risk, Compliance & Financial Crime qualified to join a growing team within the financial services sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, managing risk proactively and ensuring strong compliance and financial crime controls across first-line operations.

The Role

Working within the 1st Line, you'll play a key role in identifying, managing and mitigating operational, regulatory and financial crime risks.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the business in managing risk, compliance and financial crime obligations.
- Identify, assess and monitor operational and regulatory risks.
- Assist with AML/CTF, KYC, transaction monitoring and financial crime controls.
- Conduct risk and control assessments, testing and assurance activities.Manage incidents, breaches, issues and remediation activities.




- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen risk culture and control effectiveness.
- Support regulatory change and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in 1st Line Risk, Compliance or Financial Crime within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of AML/CTF obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with risk frameworks, controls, incident management and compliance monitoring.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach to risk management.
