As theCommercial Analyst , you will playan important rolein supporting our CommercialDevelopmentteamthrough the delivery ofstrategic projects,customer insights,analyticsand commercial recommendations. Working within Global Sales & Distribution, you will help shape the strategies that drive revenue growth, sales performance and customer outcomes across the business. You willwork across a mix of strategic projects andbe responsible fordesigning,developingand automating reporting solutions thatprovidemeaningful insights into operational performance, customerbehaviourand key business metrics.

Leveraging data from multiple sources,you'llidentifyemerging trends, evaluate performance against strategicobjectivesand translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. You will help drive continuous improvement through enhanced reporting, process automation and data-led decision making.You'llalso play a key role inidentifyingopportunities to improve operational efficiency, commercialoutcomesand sales effectiveness.

The successful candidate will be highly analytical, commerciallymindedand curious by nature, with a passion for transforming data into insights that influence strategic business decisions.

You’llBring:





- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similarstrategic,commercial, analytics, businessintelligenceor related role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business,Technologyor a related discipline.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Demonstrated experience producing reporting, analysis and insights that support business performance and decision making.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBIand data visualisation tools.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working across multiple business functions.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively to a range of audiences.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
