We are currently seeking a motivated, commercially focused and results driven Account Manager to join our growing Keysborough operation.

About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key responsibilities

Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, becoming their trusted workforce solutions partner

Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, increase market share and contribute to branch profitability

Oversee the successful delivery of labour hire services, ensuring client expectations and workforce requirements are consistently met

Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure the timely placement and ongoing management of suitable candidates

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local industrial market

Monitor account performance, service delivery, workforce productivity and commercial outcomes

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, workplace health and safety requirements and company policies

About you

Previous experience in account management, recruitment,



labour hire, workforce management or a related industry

A strong understanding of the industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, transport or logistics sectors

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive account growth

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

A hands on, solutions-focused approach with a genuine commitment to customer service

The confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from operational supervisors through to senior management

A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a high-performing team
