Warner Bros. Discovery Australia is seeking an Employee Connection Specialist based in Sydney to support and address HR needs across APAC. You will manage standardized processes for on/off-boarding, payroll information, benefits, and compliance, while proactively identifying improvements to scale an outstanding employee experience.

You will interact with employees, ensure timely responses, and escalate complex issues to Tier 2. Solid English, HR knowledge, and Workday proficiency are essential.
