Traction Group is expanding its equipment finance broker channel across Australia. The role focuses on developing commercial asset finance broker relationships and coordinating sales with teams in Sydney and Brisbane to prospect brokers and aggregators nationwide.
The successful candidate will take over an existing broker book, nurture long-tail relationships, and bring in current brokers to increase volumes through CAFBA members and aggregation groups.
