Australian Industry Group is seeking an Associate Workplace Lawyer/Adviser to join our national Workplace Relations Legal & Consulting team in Melbourne. The role blends legal practice, advocacy and advisory work for employers, with exposure to disputes, enterprise agreements and HR policy development.

You will work with Principals, advising SMEs to large employers, and participate in litigation, drafting and advisory matters in a cooperative, hybrid setting.
