Aveo is seeking an accomplished Community Manager for Aspley Court Retirement Village in Brisbane. You will oversee daily village operations, balancing resident satisfaction, financial performance and facilities maintenance, while leading a small on-site team with empathy and sound judgement.

You’ll foster a customer-focused culture, manage budgets in partnership with internal finance teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a protected, welcoming environment for residents.
