Full-time | $80,000 - $120,000 + super (depending on experience)

About us

BC Digital is a Sydney marketing agency that works with one kind of business: builders and trades. We’re currently partnered with over 65 builders and trade businesses, from growing local operators to established companies turning over $10M. We help them win more work through targeted social media and Google ads, and by building their brand with professional video.

We’re a tight-knit team of 8 based in North Strathfield, and we do things in person. We meet our clients on site, we know their businesses, and we’re proud of the 4.9-star Google rating our clients have given us.

The role

We’re looking for a videographer to own our shoots. You’ll be out on job sites, at display homes and in workshops, capturing footage that makes our clients look as good as their work. Your content will power their ad campaigns, social media and brand videos, so what you shoot directly drives leads and new jobs for real businesses.

What you’ll be doing

Planning and running shoots across Sydney for builders and trade clients, from project walkthroughs and finished-home showcases to on-site action and owner interviews

Shooting for performance: short-form vertical content for Meta ads, Reels and other social platforms





Directing clients on camera and making tradies who aren’t used to being filmed feel comfortable

Editing footage into polished, scroll-stopping content with a fast turnaround

Working with our strategists to turn ad scripts and campaign goals into shot lists

Managing and maintaining gear, footage and project files

What we’re looking for

A strong portfolio of video work, ideally including short-form social or ad content

Confidence with a camera, lighting and audio in real-world environments (sites can be dusty, loud and unpredictable)

Solid editing skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or similar

An understanding of what makes content perform on social: hooks, pacing, captions and vertical framing

Great people skills, since you’ll be the face of BCD on a lot of shoots

A current driver’s licence and your own vehicle, as you’ll be travelling to sites around Sydney

Bonus points for drone experience and a licence (RePL), or any background in construction or trades

Variety: no two shoots are the same, from high-end custom homes to commercial trade work
