Bayside Health is seeking a Community Mental Health Clinician for the Older Adult CMHT on the Mornington Peninsula. This fixed term full‑time role forms part of a multidisciplinary team delivering care to older adults with complex mental health needs.

You will plan, assess and review care, coordinate services, and liaise with external partners. APHRA registration in Nursing, OT, Social Work, or Psychology is required, with post‑graduate mental health qualifications.
