HOBAN Recruitment is partnering with a leading industrial solutions organisation to source an experienced Senior Internal Sales Specialist with a strong background in hydraulic and pneumatic seals , hydraulic cylinders, or related fluid power products.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded sales qualified who enjoys combining customer service, account management, and product expertise to deliver practical solutions for customers across a wide range of industries.

About the Role

As a Senior Internal Sales Specialist, you'll become a key member of a highly regarded branch team, supporting customers with hydraulic sealing solutions, product selection, technical advice, and account management.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external sales representatives to provide exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to grow existing and new business.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and counter sales
- Identify, measure, and recommend hydraulic and pneumatic seal solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage and grow key customer accountsPrepare quotations and process orders
- Source products through established supplier networks
- Provide technical product advice and solutions
- Support Account Managers in identifying growth opportunities
- Follow up enquiries and maintain customer engagement
- Deliver high levels of service from initial enquiry through to delivery

About You





To be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:

- Previous experience in hydraulic seals, pneumatic seals, hydraulic cylinders, fluid power, or related industrial sales environments
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
- Experience in internal sales, technical sales, parts interpretation, or customer service within industrial products
- The ability to identify and recommend suitable sealing solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn ERP/internal systems
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
