Scope Australia seeks a House Supervisor (DDSO3A) in Kew, VIC to lead a small staff team in a residential disability service, ensuring residents live happy and empowered lives. You will support people with a disability inclusively, manage rosters and training, and drive service improvements with a strategic mindset.

The role requires an Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalent) and the ability to work all rostered shifts. This is a maximum-term position with hours totaling 152 per period.
