We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager, ideally already in a management role to lead one of our successful Motor Vehicle Sales Teams. This is an exciting chance to work with a respected automotive dealership, representing quality vehicles and delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.
About the Role:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and motivating the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee day-to-day operations in the sales department, implement sales strategies, and work closely with senior management to achieve dealership targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Be actively involved in the customer experience and all sales processes
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise performance
- Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction
- Oversee stock management, and promotional campaigns
- Report on sales performance and contribute to strategic planning
About You:
- Previous experience in automotive sales management (Preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Sound business acumen and organizational ability

Hrs
-8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
-9:00am to 1pm Saturdays
