Salary: $102,000 base salary per annum + Super 12%

Schedule: Monday to Saturday (5.5 days per week)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Agitator Driver to join our team in Toowoomba. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and efficient delivery of pre-mixed concrete to our valued customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck in a safe and professional manner
- Deliver concrete to job sites ensuring product quality and timely arrival
- Perform pre-start checks, daily maintenance, and cleaning of the vehicle
- Complete required paperwork, including delivery dockets and basic reporting




- Provide excellent customer service and represent Wagners professionally on site
- Adhere to all WHS, environmental, and company policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

- Valid HR driver’s licence (essential)
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Previous experience as an agitator driver or in a similar driving role is highly regarded
- Good driving history
- Strong safety mindset and commitment to compliance
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work early starts, with rostered Saturdays
