Our Riverina team is recruiting a full-time permanent Butcher. This is a unique prospect to join a global organisation with a local community feel. The annual salary for this role is from $96,400 to $110,000 plus superannuation.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Boning out raw materials; e.g.
- (70% of work) Trimming
- Fat off product – different specs
- Frenching / bird caging
- Hand Portioning
- Prepping product then splitting in half i.e. spare ribs
- Bandsaw Operation

About You

- Previous experience (ideally 2-3 years) and current working in the JBS team is preferrable
- Proven high level of knife sharpening skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements
- Ability to work within a team environment with the ability to take directionDemonstrated integrity and good presentation
- A professional work attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- High Focus and attention to detail
