People & Purpose is building out its HR Business Partner function in Sydney. The role partners with a defined group of leaders to drive workforce planning, coaching, change and capability while managing day-to-day employee relations with support from a Workplace Relations Manager.

You will foster robust senior stakeholder relationships, provide commercial advice, and help shape how HR works as the team grows in a purpose-driven organisation.
