The role starts with six months of general duty operations, then potential transfer to investigations, family violence, drugs and organised crime, communications, or judicial operations.

Eligibility includes Australian citizenship, 3+ years of policing, ability to obtain security clearances, a Diploma of Public Safety (Policing) or equivalent, and
