National 360 is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join as a Practice Mentor in Geelong. You will independently manage your own caseload across homes, clinics and community settings, delivering high-quality, evidence-informed care.

You will receive regular 1:1 clinical supervision from a Clinical Supervisor, participate in structured career development, and support students and peers within a multidisciplinary team.
