Hardware & General's Brookvale head office seeks a driven Team Lead – Inside Sales/Account Manager to grow customer relationships, coach a team of Internal Account Managers and drive sales opportunities across builders, tradies and developers.

You will oversee quoting, order processing and inquiries, monitor KPIs and sales performance, and partner with Field Sales and branches to improve processes and results. A leadership mindset, commercial thinking and a proactive approach are essential.
