You'll work on financial modelling, market research, due diligence and client-facing submissions while partnering with industry-leading professionals across the business.

What you’ll be doing

As our Investment Analyst, you'll play a hands-on role across the investment lifecycle,



working closely with the Investment Manager and key stakeholders to identify, evaluate and execute investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Build financial and cash flow models to support acquisitions and transactions
- Conduct market research, due diligence and sector analysis
- Prepare client submissions, pitches and information memorandums
- Manage and interpret key property and market data
- Support transaction campaigns from start to finish

About you

- Relevant degree in Property, Finance, Economics or similar
- Robust analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Property industry experience highly regarded
