SA Health - Statewide Clinical Support Services is seeking a Senior Pharmacist – Infectious Diseases to lead a designated pharmacy area, provide medicines information and therapeutic advice to patients and clinical teams, and champion antimicrobial stewardship within the hospital setting.

You will work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to promote protected, effective and evidence-based use of medicines, contributing to high-quality patient outcomes and cost-effective care.
