Physiotherapist | $90,000–$125,000 + super | Versatile FT/PT

Great clinical work. Time for life outside it.

Join our established Northern Beaches clinic in a physiotherapy role focused on children. A paediatric background is welcome but not essential. You will work with families, have bookings and billing handled for you, and scheduled time for clinical notes and reports. There are no commissions, bonus thresholds or rebooking targets.

We welcome physiotherapists with some post-registration experience, whether you are building on your first role or are further along in your career. Clinical support and responsibility are matched to your skills.

What you can expect

- Finish your work within working hours. Time for clinical notes and report writing is built into your schedule.

- Clinical autonomy with support. Use your clinical judgement to assess, plan and treat within you're scope, with support matched to your experience.

- Professional development. Funded professional development relevant to the role, with clinical mentoring and case discussion.

- An established caseload. You will not be responsible for generating clients or building a diary.

- Full administrative support. Bookings, billing and admin are managed for you,



leaving your focus on clinical work only.

- A comfortable setting. A spacious clinic in leafy Terrey Hills, ample onsite parking and scope to arrange start times outside of peak traffic.

Hours and remuneration

$90,000–$125,000 plus super. Salary is agreed according to relevant experience and clinical capability.

Full-time and part-time arrangements are available

The children and the work

Most clients are children aged 4–12 and younger teenagers, including both private clients and NDIS participants. You will assess children, develop and deliver treatment plans, review progress, communicate with parents and caregivers, and liaise with other professionals.

What you will bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist and some post-registration clinical experience.

- Sound clinical reasoning and the judgement to work within your scope and seek input when needed.

- An interest in working with children and warm, clear communication with families.

- Currently living in Australia with appropriate Australian work rights.

Previous paediatric employment is welcome but not required.
