This permanent full time role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, strengthening capability, managing complex people matters and driving strategic initiatives that support our communities.

You will lead employee relations, investigations, enterprise bargaining support, and workforce planning while shaping culture and improving performance through data-driven insights.
