HeatherBrae Shortbreads Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Finance Lead to own costing, payroll, and daily financial operations in our Thomastown plant. You will partner with operations and QA to drive accurate margins, inventory control, and cash flow, while enabling smarter decision-making for factory leadership.

The role reports to the GM, with direct influence on cost systems, ERP rollout, and finance processes across the business.
