Cà Phê Mai in Double Bay is seeking a hands-on Head Chef to run the kitchen, lead the team and take real ownership of every service. You’ll write the menu with the owners, set the standards, and own systems that keep the kitchen on budget and consistent.

This is a full time role requiring weekend availability, rostering know-how, and a passion for contemporary Vietnamese cuisine. The position offers $95,000–$105,000 plus super, with a share of tips and an established, motivated team.
