Bracken Ridge Tavern in Brisbane's north is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead from the floor in a busy, multi-faceted pub. This hands-on role focuses 80% on operations and 20% admin, partnering with the GM to deliver outstanding service, gaming, food and beverage, and events across a large venue.

You will mentor a diverse hospitality team, maintain high standards, manage rosters and costs, and own the venue's P&L; during peak periods.
