DPHI invites you to join the Customer Care and Support team in a fast-paced contact centre serving NSW Planning Portal users from our Parramatta office with flexible working options. The temporary full-time role runs until 30 June 2027, with potential for talent pool creation and a salary range relative to experience.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, emails and online enquiries while ensuring accuracy, service standards and explicit guidance.
