McPeake Facility Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Tiler to join our directly employed trade team, delivering maintenance and refurbishment works across Melbourne’s government and community housing properties.

With over 35 years in the industry, we offer permanent employment, varied work and an experienced team to support you.

About the role

You will carry out a variety of tiling works in occupied homes and vacant properties,



including:

- General maintenance, repairs and replacement of damaged tiles.
- Floor and wall tiling in bathrooms, kitchens, laundries and other areas.
- Surface preparation, tile removal, grouting and finishing.
- Tiling works as part of property upgrades and refurbishments.
- Coordinating with other trades to complete works efficiently.
- Recording job progress and completion using a company tablet.
- Keeping work areas protected and tidy and treating residents’ homes with care.

About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

- Relevant tiling qualifications or demonstrated trade experience.
- Experience in domestic maintenance and refurbishment works.
- A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently, manage allocated jobs and meet deadlines.
- A reliable, practical approach and clear communication.
- A respectful manner when working in residents’ homes.
