Position Summary

- Support the Housekeeping Manager in the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Lead, train and mentor housekeeping associates to deliver consistent 5-star room and public area presentation
- Ensure team compliance with grooming, uniform and operational standards
- Conduct room and area inspections, ensuring all spaces meet Sheraton’s luxury expectations
- Manage stock levels, amenities and equipment, maintaining organised supply areas
- Assist with rosters, productivity targets, and general administrative duties
- Respond to guest requests promptly, creating thoughtful and personalised service experiences
- Support onboarding, performance reviews and coaching of housekeeping associates

About You

- Relevant experience in housekeeping, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
- Solid leadership,



communication and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate a team and maintain high standards under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge for administrative and reporting tasks
- Working rights in Australia
- Self-driven, energetic and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude
